Changed your mind about a phone? Return it within 30 days of delivery in original condition and we’ll refund the full price to your original payment method. Plans are prepaid and non-refundable once activated, but you can turn off auto-renew at any time.

Enter your order number and email. If the order is inside its 30-day window we’ll email a prepaid shipping label.

Store not open yet. No orders have shipped, so there’s nothing to return today. This form goes live with the phone store.

What’s covered

  • Phones and accessories bought from lettuce.mobile, within 30 days of delivery
  • Original condition: no cracks, water damage, or engraving; Find My / Activation Lock turned off
  • Original box and included accessories
  • Physical SIM kits, unopened

What isn’t

  • Prepaid plan time once the line is activated (you can turn off auto-renew instead)
  • Devices reported lost or stolen, or with a blocked IMEI
  • Returns started after day 30

How refunds work

Once we scan your return, refunds post to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Financed phones are refunded through the lender, who closes the loan. Defective phones within 30 days are swapped for a new unit; after 30 days the manufacturer’s one-year warranty applies and we’ll help you start the claim.

Cancelling service

Turn off auto-renew under My plan → Manage in your dashboard. Service runs to the end of your prepaid term, and your number stays portable for 60 days after.
